Corporate and Small Business Offerings
Drug-Free Workplace Certification, Drug-Free Workplace Supervision Training: We can train your employees on the requirements of working in a drug-free workplace environment, including their rights and responsibilities as an employee, the dangers of alcohol and drug abuse and the effects it has on the workplace, family and society. The supervisory training also includes how to spot abuse and when and where to require drug testing or on-site inspection of the workplace. These seminars last approximately 1 1/2 hours. We can also provide handouts through the year to reinforce the training to your employees.
Team-Building Retreats: Through fun, non-competitive gaming we can take your team from a group of talented individuals into a team that knows better how to communicate, problem-solve and take initiative in order to solve the challenge they are faced with. Your team will learn as they overcome obstacles together and face defeat in order to learn about themselves and their teammates. We can come to your site or host this fun interactive learning experience at an off-site retreat.
Active Teaching: Help your incredible group of teachers become the great teams you know they can be! Active Teaching will help your teachers acquire skills classroom management, building responsibility and problem solving in their students. The skills learned in Active Parenting also translate into working with educational teams, administration and parents. Suitable for a 2-Day Teacher Training conference.
